Warranty Applications

Tuson Australia TSC-1000 Unit Warranty

This document informs you of Tuson’s most up-to-date unit warranty process to ensure you are eligible for a new unit(s) in the rare case a fault occurs with our product. Please note that failure to follow these requirements will void your warranty.

Warranty Application

If you have a warranty claim; a) either download the Warranty claim form using the button below and email it to warranties@tusonaustralia.com.au b) or fill in the online Warranty claim form below.

  • TSC-1000unit remains under warranty for 24 months (2 years) from the date of sale to the caravan / trailer owner.
  • Your product can be registered online via our website. We may request the proof of purchase if no registration is found.
  • WARRANTY IS NON TRANSFERABLE
  • Although we make use of approved installers and partners, Tuson will not be held responsible for improper installation of unit and only warrants the unit itself.
  • Full details of issues should be submitted, with as much documentation and proof as possible.
  • Warranty claim should be submitted within 30 days of discovery of fault with unit.

If a fault is found within the warranty period, Tuson Australia will replace the unit and will allow one (1) hour of labour charge with a maximum of $120 (incl GST); whichever is the greatest.

Removal of the Product

Please follow these steps to make sure we receive the removed unit back so we can test this.

  • Disconnect the LED status light at the plug and please DO NOT CUT THE WIRE.
  • At the unit the wires must be cut a minimum of 150mm from the unit. Four screws should attach the unit to the chassis rail.
